Denver District Attorney’s office declines to charge TSA agents at DIA alleged to have groped attractive male passengers

The Denver District Attorney’s office declined today to criminally charge two Transportation Security Administration (“TSA”) screeners at Denver International Airport (“DIA”) who gained national attention earlier this year for accusations of manipulating the passenger screening system to funnel attractive males to a male agent wherein their genitals were allegedly fondled by the male agent. While the two TSA agents were fired for their actions, the Denver District Attorney’s office has been unable to bring criminal charges because the identified victim has not stepped forward.
